With overwhelming sadness I write that the world has lost a great man today, a man of truth and integrity. Salem-News reports The Hemperor, Jack Herer has Died: "The sad news has been confirmed. Jack Herer, author of The Emperor Wears No Clothes and renowned around the world for hemp activism, has died at 11:17 a.m. today, in Eugene, Oregon." Throughout the day more websites also passed on the sad news.
Dear Jack, Thank You for everything you have given us and for gracing us with your knowledge and spirit. You will always be a Hero in my eyes, a true inspiration, the very definition of a Freedom Fighter and Man of Justice. You have left an incredible everlasting Legacy and what you started we shall carry on, you will live on, a light and inspiration to the Earth and All Humanity. Rest in Peace Jack, you will be greatly missed!

Get out your pen and paper Ladies and Gents, while sharing things on the internet about Cannabis/Hemp Prohibition is awesome, what our Members of Parliament and Congress really pay attention to are handwritten letters from VOTERS. For every 1 letter they receive, they consider that the opinion of 100 people!
420 is next week, Earth Day is April 22nd. and the Global Marijuana March is on Saturday May 1st - gather as many people as you can to attend the events in your area to let our politicians know that we are not giving up - let us all reaffirm, we shall honour Jack by continuing his valiant fight for true freedom with even more conviction than ever before. In his name we will bring an end to the insanity of Hemp and Cannabis Prohibition! All Hail The Hemperor!
